We collect data about how many people visit our site, whether or not their IP address is associated with a business, what pages and products they browse, and what they buy. We also collect information on how visitors came to us (via an email, a Google search, a social post), how much time they spend on the site, how much of our videos are being watched, what parts of pages visitors are looking at (like, how many people scroll down to the bottom of the page), and when and where they leave the site. Once a visitor leaves our site, we're no longer tracking them.
Also, if you give us your email address to download a particular piece of content, we track how many other things you've downloaded and what kind of content you've browsed.
For things like visits and site behavior, we use little bits of tracking code that assign a "cookie" to a visitor and then monitor that cookie as long as its on our site. For emails, we use the information you choose to give us when you fill out a form. ORR associates may also manually add your email to our database if they are keeping track of a conversation with you (such as fulfilling a quote request, pricing questions, service requests, or things like that).
We do not buy "spam lists" of emails. Our tracking code stays on our site and does not follow you around the web.
We collect this data to understand the following:
The data we collect helps us make smarter decisions about creating content that enriches your day and keeps you and your teams safer. We believe that if we provide value in the form of safety education, you'll choose to trust us with your business someday.
We will never sell your data to a third party or attempt to trick you into buying or downloading something you don't want.
